mousiesssss

so....my mom and i were working on our computers downstairs...and we hear this squeaking. i thought it was the trees. it wasn't. it was a mouse. first of all...you have to understand that my mom hates animals smaller than a chihuahua. snakes, lizards, bugs, you name it. so we open the drawer in our kitchen and the bags for the flour and other stuff are completely ripped. and there's rat poo everywhere. and it smells. a lot. so my dad bought these traps but they aren't working at all. nada. no dead mouse. and we considered putting rat poison all along the outside of the house (sorry animal lovers) bcause we found the rat hole. but what if the mouse died while it was in the hole. do we really want a dead mouse stinking up our house? nope. there goes plan b. so now my dad came up with this BRILLIANT (or so he says) homemade trap. it consists of wires and a glass jar. the top of the glass jar is all wire...and there's a hole. it can go through the hole..but once its in...it cant get back our because the wires are sticking out. and even rats are smart enough to know that getting poked with sharp wires---not fun. so well see what happens. sigh...the thought of rats crawling around my room. jeepers! haha.
