volleyball tryouts tomorrow. :O lots of people are trying out and a lot of them go to club volleyball. sighhh. im worried i won't get in. non consistent serves. :((

this is seriously THE most unique car i have ever seen. the people in the car saw me taking pictures and started laughing. they waved. lol. i could only take a pic of the front portion of the car, but the back consists of painted on scales, TONS of rhinstones, and feathers. lots of them. :)

valley

school started on monday. the day went by so quickly---except for algebra. it went so slowly!!! the teachers are more strict and theres more homework,but otherwise its just the same. :) the same people (except for some new people) same groups same cliques (sadly haha) and same lunchtime routines. the annoying thing is that the people i hang out with at school all get up from the tables really early. well eat for like 5 minutes and spend the next 25 mins. walking around the campus. and going into the bathroom over 3 times. which is pointless because we don't even USE the bathroom. sighh. so odd. :D 3rd day and i already have 2 projects and 2 assignments. blech. the horror begins.

i promise. this is the last post involving school...for now. haha. my sister's gone. :'( helped her move in today. now its just me and me mum at home. dad's gone on a business trip for a month. sighhh. the house feels so empty.

school starts tomorrow. yay! i know of at least a couple of new people coming this year. new faces, new classes, and a whole new year. :)

ready for school

im officially ready for school-almost. my sister is designing my backpack this year. i went to tillys and picked out this odd multicolored jansport. its really weird, but i really like it. it has a blue pocket with the top part of the pocket yellow, the front part is hot pink, and the rest of its black. pink zipper. :) my sister put STEPHANIE'S WORLD on the backpack and drew monsters everywhere. will post before and after pics after it is finished. went back to school shopping for the rest of my stuff. (pencils, snacks, new hairdryer and straightener etc.)

my sister is leaving tomorrow. sob. :(

berkeley

couldn't go to back to school night because my sister needed to pick her textbooks up at berkeley...sigh. i was disappointed, but it turned out allright. :) i got to buy a cal sweater and eat a yummy dinner with my mom and sister. so YAY. GO CAL! haha. to a certain someone that dislikes berkeley- OH WELL! cough *kiko* cough. im going to go pick up my schedule and books tomorrow at valley.

on another note. my sister finally got her licence!!! hurrah! too bad she doesn't have a car to go with that licence yet. hopefully she'll get one soon. hopefully. :)

yayyy! 50th post.

i've finally reached my 50th post. HURRAH! quite a monumental day. not really. haha. 5 days of summer left to do as i please. (counting today and not counting the weekend) my parents let me skip math and writing this week. pretty excited for 7th grade. this year, i don't have to make new friends all over again. not well prepared for school, but whatever. i'll BE ready somehow when the time comes. :)) my post today is slightly random and frenzied, but bear with me. i'm in a random and frenzied mood right now. does that even make sense???sighhh.

i laughed so much when i saw this. why? the fountain at the library (not sure which one) was on and TONS of kids were playing in it. i walked outside the library and saw the footprints. starting at the fountain and going into the library and up the stairs. hahahaha

howls moving castle

i watched howls moving castle for the fifth time yesterday night. with my sister. we stayed up until 3...haha. todays my day off---which means i don't have to study at all. no library today!!! (no statues either...inside joke)

anyways, back to howls moving castle. it is the BEST movie ever. Hayao Miyazaki is brilliant. spirited away, kikis delivery service, and so much more. but howls moving castle is my favorite. :D anyways...off to the movies. dunno what were going to watch..but it doesn't really matter.

gaga. haha. queen. i don't really know who they are, but my sister borrowed a cd from the library... and the first song that i heard was radio gaga. haha. its an extremely weird song. "freddime" mercury. as my sister wrote.

hawks and not so little birdies

im going to tell you a story.
about a not so little bird.

one day, a not so little birdy decided to crash into stephanie's backyard door (glass) and die.
then a hawk decided to come along and eat that not so little birdy's head.

and then stephanie came home from church. and was about to open her backyard door when she saw something weird. there was a giant hawk sitting on a decorative plate outside, looking at her. it flew away after a little while. then stephanie saw a headless not so little birdy bleeding all over her grass. she didn't like it. suprise suprise.

now the same hawk (im pretty sure) is circling around stephanie's house, and its kinda weirding her out.

college

my sister's off to berkely in about two weeks. sad? yes. i didn't think i would be when the time came, but i am. its going to be weird not having another person besides my parents inside my house. im going to miss fooling around and laughing with her. she's truly a GREAT sister. always smiling and weird. well, almost always smiling. haha. definitely always weird. i love her a lot.

summer retreat

just got back from summer retreat----F U N!!
haha. it was an interesting experience. full of god, funoeing, (haha don't ask), rides, friends, and games. needless to say, i had a great time. now that all of the excitements over, im ready for school. not supplieswise, but mentally. more posts to come....

finally went back to school shopping....
didn't buy much though....have to pay with my own money now. sigh. haha whatever.
i'm ready for school now. just need to buy my backpack---still plenty of time. i start school on the 24th. yay! can't wait.

tomorrow i leave for camp hammer. five days of bible, my best friends, canoeing, swimming, and so much more. :)

schools approaching, but summer isn't over just yet.
